• VAT incluided
• Basic Breakfast: 5€ (ask for it please the night before)
• Very complete breakfast: 10€ (ask for it the night before)
• We do barbecues for groups (ask for them)

Both reservation and the payment of 50% of the total amount must be done in advance. The other 50% to be paid upon arrival.

In order to enjoy a stay that is as pleasant as possible and considerate of other guests, please:

 TIME TO ARRIVE from 16:00H to 22:00H

TIME TO GET OUT 12:00H

DO NOT SMOKE IN THE BEDROOMS.

DO NOT MAKE ANY NOISE BETWEEN 22:00 AND 10:00. THIS IS A PLACE OF REST.

(by this we mean shouting, TV, etc.…)

IF YOU NEED CLEANING, A CHANGE OF TOWELS AND/OR BED LINEN, TELL RECEPTION.

IF YOU WANT TO BRING OTHER PEOPLE TO THE HOUSE, PLEASE LET RECEPTION KNOW IN ADVANCE.

IF YOU HAVE A HYDROMASSAGE BATH, DO NOT KEEP IT ON FOR MORE THAN 30 mins AT A TIME AND DO NOT USE IT BETWEEN 23:00 AND 10:00.

LEAVE EVERYTHING AS YOU FOUND IT.
